SHIPPING
With us being based in Atherton, all of our orders are hand packed and shipped in the UK, regardless of you living in the UK, Europe or anywhere else in the world.
To get your order to you as safely and as fast as possible, we price our shipping based on the size, weight, required packing materials and your postal location.
Orders based in the UK are packed and posted within 7 working days (excluding weekends) from the original order date and are expected to be with you within 1-2 days after posting. Although, some delays can happen once we've handed over to the Royal Mail, but we don't expect you to be waiting too long.
Orders from outside of the UK are packed and posted within the same time frame as UK orders, however, they are expected to be with you within 7-10 days after being processed by Royal Mail. Although, some delays can happen once we've handed over to the Royal Mail, but we don't expect you to be waiting too long.
If you receive your order with any damage, items missing, please provide photographic evidence via email along with your order number.

RETURNS
With us only being a small business, we cannot accept returns unless the product has arrived to you damaged (however, we do check all items prior to packing and if we aren't happy with the quality at this stage, we swap it for another).
Please note:
*if there is no item in stock to change to. We will exchange for store credit or refund the cost to your original payment method.
*we do not cover the cost of shipping returns.
